If you are disatisfied with a product when it arrives or if product has been damaged in shipping, please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We do NOT accept returned product. We WILL refund your purchase price (including shipping) and we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks.
We ship to physical addresses located within the Continental United States. We are unable to ship product outside of the U.S. (inlcuding to Alaska or Hawaii) and to P.O. Boxes. Your order will be shipped using U.S. Postal flat rate boxes and typically takes 2-3 days for arrival. Product should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
